Black Ops 4 not opening

    Trouble connecting to Live on Call of Duty games

    Since Call of Duty: Black Ops, I've had trouble connecting to the servers. I've tried multiple times to fix it by opening my NAT type and I tried opening ports at one point, but nothing has helped. My router is a Belkin model F5D8236-4 v1. Any help would
    be greatly appreciated!

    So I just tried the virtual support agent and it said there is currently an issue with purchased content, and the xbox store.

    It looks like this is a known issue that is being worked on as we speak Keep trying periodically as it should hopefully be resolved soon!
