    Black ops 4/ insider beta update.


    So I've spoken with the customer support and we tried all the trouble shooting methods to try and get black ops 4 to start and not crash. I've reset my console but kept my games and apps 3 times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 5 times. I even
    tried saving it to an external hard drive to see if that would help but continued with the same result. I've deleted all saved data as suggested but still nothing.

    The initial issue was while trying to get black ops 4 to start so that I may play it, the game starts up begins the intro and either crashes during said intro or directly after the intro. After about 2 days of trouble shooting with 3 different people, holly
    k, Mary grace, and Michael R, I'm beginning to lose my patience and would really like to find a way to resolve this. Especially since the game with the season pass was about $100 and I have still yet to be able to even play it. Any help would be appreciated.
    The customer support believes it may be due to the insider beta update, and suggested I seek answers with you. I guess my question would be is there anyway to get this fixed? And if not can I just get a refund?

    Maybe they misunderstood the problem, or meant the Reddit Forum instead of this forum here.

    Or maybe it was a new agent, that wasn't trained that properly yet.
