Black Ops 4 Digital Purchase Issue

Hello

I recently purchased Black Ops IV for xbox one about a week after release and had some issues so i deleted it to do a fresh install, however now the microsoft store says it's installed and it's not and i only have the play option not install option in the
online store, very frustrtated but sure there is an easy fix, just beyond my scope of skills at present.

Please just make sure you're signed into your email linked to your Xbox account and that the game is available for Xbox before you make the purchase.

Have you attempted a power cycle after the deletion? Sometimes stuff gets jammed up in the guts of the memory and such. A simple reset often fixes many problems, but the Xbox generally doesn't fully shut down when you "shut down"

So while your console is on try holding down the power button until it powers off. When you power it back on from this state it should give you a boot screen which indicates a complete system reboot.

Give that a shot and see if there's still any ghost software remaining.

Also double check to make sure you deleted the game and not just DLC. Sometimes that can cause confusion.

If you purchased it digitally then you dont get a beta code as you dont need one. You are automatically added to the beta when purchasing it digitally through Xbox Live or PSN.

on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One or Early Access to the Blackout Open Beta on PC. When the Blackout Beta begins, you'll be able to download it immediately.
