Black ops 4 crashing

I've recently downloaded Black ops 4 on xbox one and it is constantly crashing. I've tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing works. Everything else works fine, what else can I do?

It is problem with the game itself, needs a lot of patches. Also you can try to contact black ops (activision) support on their page It is not windows or xbox related from my point of view.

 

I think this is the game itself, I get this everyday now, last night was the worst, after every game for 7 games I got taken back to the Xbox Dashboard, but the other games I tried work fine.

The COD forums are saying the same thing, players are getting kicked back to either the Dashboard or the game menu, its not your system, it's the game itself.

 

OK, thankyou for reply, so it's just a case of waiting for to get sorted then.

 

Solutions that may help:

1. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds (clears cache).

2. Remove and redownload your profile:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

3. Reformat your console keeping games and apps: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload for every profile on the console)

4. Reinstall the game.

5. Reformat your console erasing everything.

If it still happens and you're not in the xbox insiders program (for new dashboards before others get it) it may be a problem with the game, itself, and Activision will have to fix that with a patch to the game.

I am really sorry to hear you are having this issue! One thought I had since it is online only is that it may be an internet connectivity issue. I would recommend not only a full reboot of your console but also your modem/router as that should hopefully
resolve your issue

If the previous troubleshooting doesn't work, you should try
Uninstalling the Game itself by doing the following:

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

Hard reset on your xbox console for couple seconds and wait its turn all the way down and turn it back on.
