    Black ops 4 crashing on Xbox One S in 2020


    Hi microsoft,

    So i’ve recently been starting to play Black Ops 4 and ive been trying to play the game but for some reason mostly every game im in the game freezes and then it crashes my xbox putting it in the full turn off mode. Please can you reply to me and tell me
    why this is happening and what i can do to fix this thanks.

    You could if you haven't upgraded to an Xbox One yet. The S model is fairly affordable...and there are plenty of great games to play that look great on the Xbox One like Fallout 4, CoD Black Ops 4, Wolfenstein, Metro Exodus, and many more.

    If you don't think its worth it you could wait until more is announced about the "next-gen" console in 2020... but hey, 2020 is a long way away lol.
