Black Ops 4 completely Disappeared

I havent played black ops 4 for a while and thought I would play it. When looking through my game library i could not find it. I looked through ready to install and it wasnt thete either. I went to the store to check if i could download it from there since
i bought the digital version and it says i havent bought it. I have achievements and i remember playing the game and getting camos amd the whole deal but for some reason its disappeared. Black ops 4 was in my updating queue for a while because i was too lazy
to finish the update but now its gone? Anyone else have this problem?

Please make sure you are using the same account that you first downloaded the game in an attempt to re download the game.

If, as stated above by Xbox Forums Ambassador Allebas, you were unable to find your game under your Order History in your Microsoft Account, I
would recommend that you
contact customer support and see if they can track down your game using their tools.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Log into Support.Xbox.com

Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select Billing and accounts then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue – Charges on my account
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Chat with Xbox Support

Were you sharing the Home console of someone else at the time who had Live Gold? You may have been playing their game if you cannot remember purchasing the game for yourself.

I have checked my order history and black ops 4 is not there. I know i have played it on my console.

You can redownload it via your purchase history. On your Xbox One

To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
Select Order history to view your purchases.

If the purchase was made longer than 3 months ago you can view your purchase history via the internet.

Sign in to the Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account.

Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost
Password Solution.
