    Black Ops 3


    So I ordered Black Ops 3 on the Xbox so I didn't have to go to store and so I could play it straight away on release. All up to the release I made sure it had downloaded and it had at 49gb.

    12:01am and I click on the logo to launch only for it to not load up. I reset the console, try a few other things and when I look again, the size of the file has gone back to 106mb...

    Can you provide me with a reason why this has done this because I'm about to launch my Xbox One out the window.

    Should I get Modern Warfare 3 or Black Ops 2?

    No matter how much I hate Black Ops 2 and Modern Warfare 3...

    You should pick Black Ops 2.

    I really think that Black Ops 2 is superior in every way to Modern Warfare 3.

    I'm having exactly the same issues that your having its letting me download the extra items but not showing the game at all just 106mb.

    Sorry to hear about the installation issue! If you are continuing to experience issues installing Call of Duty Black Ops: 3, I recommend trying a few steps:

    • First, start by navigating to My Games & Apps from the Home screen.
    • Under the Games tab, select Call of Duty Black: Ops 3 and press the Menu button.
    • Select Manage Game and then select Uninstall.
    • Once the game has uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • After your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
    • Navigate back to My Games & Apps, and under the Games tab, select Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 from under the Ready To Install section.
    • Select Install and check to see if the game installs properly.

    @Mister Quimby, I'm on my third redownload, that is only a temporary fix. It appears to me that something is getting corrupted. If you press A to fast before the playlist update changes from 33.0.0.0 to 33.1.9.2 there is seemingly no way to play online without
    re-downloading.

    Black Ops 3 is not backwards compatible on Xbox One, Black Op 3 is already available on Xbox One.

    Black Ops 3 Xbox 360 game is not compatible with the Xbox One. To play Black ops 3 you will need the Xbox One version of the game.
