Black Ops 3 strange lag and graphical issue.

Hello everyone .

I have two strange issues on my Xbox One Console :

1- the ping during black Ops 3 multiplayer gameplay is varrying on very high range between 60 ms and 120 ms !! that is a double .. countinuesly through the gameplay it keeps varrying like that.

my speed test on the Xbox One reports 180Mbit download/70Mbit Upload and 215ms ping.

2- on some matches the connection meter bar lines totally disappeares during gameplay .. I don't know what is wrong !

is this regular ?

I am not afraid of the issue itself , but because this can be representitve of a larger issue in the game or my Xbox ..

Lag or Adaptive Difficulty? ;-)

There is definitely something strange in Black Ops II. I'm an average player but often quickly go from beast to kitten. I can kick some butt and then in the next match every time I have the drop on someone they kill me just as OP said. I rarely notice lag,
but I have to suspect that lag compensation is a huge factor here. It's strange and frustrating.

Have you tried the following already?

Full Powercycle

Reset your home network by unplugging your modem and router for 30 seconds

If the issue still occurs after trying that could you check the following?

Does the issue only occur when playing Black Ops or Call of Duty in general or does it happen in multiple games, could you also check your NAT for Black Ops 3 and your Xbox Console. On Black Ops 3 it should appear in the bottom when in the multiplayer menu.
To check your NAT on your Xbox itself you can go to Settings -> All Settings-> Network -> Network Settings

and yes, I have done every single fix you mentioned .. I even made a full reset on my xbox deleting all games and re-setup it again .. the issue still occures. and my NAT type is open in both , the console and black Ops 3 .

what is really strange .. is that XBOX reports my full speed .. which is super-fast fiber connection .. however, my latency is the case here ..

I have heared that Xbox test speed with a server in seattle - US .. which is in the other side of the world related to me .. but I wouldn't have even quarter of my speed if that was real ... I believe that Xbox has a server in my country which reports that
blazing speed ...

If it only happens on Call of Duty and you've even went through a factory reset then it might be best to contact Activision Support about the game, maybe there's a specific regional setting of some sort to improve matchmaking.
