Black ops 3 season pass not working!!!!

Hello, I have redeemed the code for black ops 3 season pass, but it says that i still have to purchase it and it will not let me download the content. I do not know what to do as I really want to play the extra maps.

I thought I was buying Black OPs 3 game, instead I got black ops 3 season pass, but it won't download, can I buy just the game & the season pass will download or will I have to buy the whole bundle?

The price has not reduce for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Season Pass. I feel I'm paying too much money since Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 is a 6 year old game. The season pass should get reduce because Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 Season Pass
gets reduce or discount price. Time is passing and Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 is arriving soon. It's time to give Black Ops 2 Season Pass a discount. The price is out rage since not many going to buy season pass anymore. Microsoft is ripping $10 more at Microsoft
Store on Xbox One. It cost $40.00 in the Black Ops 2 store and cost $49.99 at Microsoft store. It's a ripoff. Please give 90% discount on the season pass. It never going to sell if you keep it at the same price for years. Thank You - P.S. Keep

Have you tried redeeming that code again to see if it there was possibly a hiccup with the redemption? If it shows that code has already been redeemed press the settings button on the game tile and select Manage. Under there you can verify if the season
pass shows as installed for you

 

When i try to redeem it all the happens is that it says i already redeemed it and it will not let me download as it says i have to purchase it again

 

Is it possible you accidentally redeemed the code on a different account on the console? Check the store with any other accounts you have tied to your Xbox One to see if the content shows available.

 

I am having the same issue...bought the pass at GameStop put in the code and it worked but never started a download. When I go to the marketplace it tells me to buy the pack again. I put in the code atleast 4 more times and it says that it has already been
used.

I just wants his to work so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same problem. Bought from Gamestop. But it keeps telling me to buy it. I only have one account on my Xbox One so thats not the problem. Code has already been redeemed. Its pissing me off.

 

Please all of you, try to go in to Black Ops III in-game Store and ¨Purchase¨ the DLC there. If you have redeemed the code you should not be charged and the DLC should start downloading.

Sorry to hear the trouble you're having with the content. First, can you check under Black Ops 3 by pressing the menu button on the game under Games & Apps and select Manage? Check to make sure the season pass isn't already installed.

I'm having the same problem. Bought season pass at gamestop, downloaded it and it installed fine. Then, when awakening came out this month I installed it. Played it the first day only, then it stopped working. It kept telling me i had to purchase downloadable
content. So I tried the whole uninstall, install. When i uninstalled it, i couldn't reinstall it.

your Xbox One as it's Home console has changed that which may have removed your access to the content.
