    yea so went to get the new maps and it wants me to buy them I have the season pass whats up with that. it shows I have the season pass I try to download the new map and it want me to buy them that should I do

    I thought I was buying Black OPs 3 game, instead I got black ops 3 season pass, but it won't download, can I buy just the game & the season pass will download or will I have to buy the whole bundle?

    Hi preyforyou123!

    You need to do this through Black Ops 3 and not the Xbox Store. It wont show in the store if you have the season pass or not. You need to boot up Black Ops 3 and go into the store through that.

    Alternatively, if you go to Manage Game on Black Ops 3 - Click your Ready to Install - You should find it there to download too.

    Hi, are you signed into the account that purchased the season pass ? I believe that particular game does now allow sharing of any DLC between accounts.

    I have season pass and went in to Black Ops 3 store to get new map and it charged me for the map pack. Bunch of crap that they charged me for the maps when I have season pass.

    Xbox One Season Pass owners: You might see a price associated with Map Packs when downloading them from the in-game store or the Xbox Store. Please note this is a known issue with Xbox Live. Follow these steps to access the Map Packs without being charged:

    From the Xbox dashboard, go to My games and apps.

    Select Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

    Press the Start button and select Manage game.

    Your DLC will begin downloading automatically.
