    Black Ops 3 Season Pass - Next Gen migration


    Once I moved across to my Series X console All the DLC content from the season pass is now gone. I cannot access it through the store either as this bundle is no longer available.

    I bought the game pre-release with the season pass and since that is no longer an option I don't think Microsoft recognizes it as a set transaction.

    Essentially I just want my content back.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to locate the license for the season pass by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. The transaction needs to be visible and stated as "completed".

    If it's not showing from there kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own where you may have purchased the DLC.
