Black Ops 3 pre-ordered, bonus items not awarded...

I recently pre-ordered Black Ops 3. I entered the code in on the website, and it said I was meant to receive rewards. "Advanced supply drops," "Camos," e.t.c... but when I went onto the game after pre-ordering I found nothing. I checked if it was the right
COD account associated with my Xbox Live account and it is. It's been a couple of weeks now and I've got nothing.

I pre-ordered Black Ops 4 and the pre-order includes in game bonuses I haven’t recieved yet. I would like to know how I may obtain them.

If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.

I only pre-ordered Black Ops 2. Is there a pre-order bonus for Halo 4? If there is, I'll consider pre-ordering. If not, then I'll just get it a couple days later like I did Reach. I'm really excited for both games!
