    at this point everyone is shifting blame, none of the support representatives know anything, so my guess there is some corporate bull going on and everyone is simply left in the dark. Problem is, that if everyone ignores the customers, they will simply switch
    to the competitor. Honestly, xbox is waaaay behind ps4, and the reason We are sticking around are because of exclusives and brand loyalty.

    Leave the customers in the dark, mess with them for too long and You will see PS4 sales increase even more...

    Yea I'm there to, waiting one more week then ps4 it is and then I won't have to see on my lunch break every day if it's come back to the store or not

    True, I was already thinking of picking up PS4 at some point during this generation, since I was a big fan of Demon Souls and Dark Souls, so Bloodborne was very very tempting. Honestly, if Halo5 flops (very hyped for it, I hope it doesn't) I will be selling
    my xbone and buying ps4 right away. If Halo5 is awesome (please be so), I will keep xbone but pick up ps4 sometime before xmas.

    I know it's not very practical to get another system for one or two games, but eh what the hell, got money to waste ...

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.
