Black ops 3 pre order problem

I wanted to pre order black ops 3 on the store so I could have it downloaded ready to play on the release day however when I go to the store and select pre order edition it says bundle only and available from your retailer but last time I checked there was
an option to buy it, why was it taken out and will it be fixed?

If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.

 

Black Ops 1 promotional code

I recently ran into a problem. I was under the impression that if you bought the pre order version of Black Ops 3 you got a code for a Black Ops 1 download. The problem I am running into is that I have no Black Ops 1 code and upon contacting Microsoft support
there is no code on my profile but the purchase of the pre order edition of Black Ops 3 is. How do I go about getting that code since it was supposed to be part of my bundle. I have many friends who bought this same version and got the code but I didn't.

 

It might have been temporarily removed. Call of Duty: Black Ops III are available for pre-order at select retailers while supplies last.

However, it seems that noone gives a s*** about this, no response from Xbox since Sunday and not a single representative from support knew the reason for this...

 

Are you From Canada? At this time there is no Standard edition of Black Ops 3 In the Canadian Marketplace, I am not quite sure about the USA Marketplace.

The only edition available in Canada for some reason is the Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes the Season Pass.

 

No, I am from UK, others who have this issue are from US. And i do not care if its standard or digital deluxe, anything that works would be good. Already got some info from xbox support and activision that digital was taken off from xbl, unknown reason and
they are working on bringing it back. So there...

Why is that? I've loaded 100€ (2 x 50€ codes) onto my account to preorder BO3 Digital Deluxe and now can't buy it anymore. So my money now sits on my account for nothing and is wasted. Is there a way I can get it back? I guess not. That is so not consumer
friendly.

 

Honestly, this is not a statement... I've received information from Amazon representative that ACTIVISION was responsible for taking off digital and season pass, Microsoft is also dodging this question in a manner of indirectly pointing fingers to Activision.
Activision is blaming everyone except them though... To be honest, we are still in the same spot we were in at 4th of October (the day digital deluxe dissappeared)

 

My best guess is that there is a dispute about money. Either Activision or Microsoft want's a bigger piece of the cake moneywise. Maye Acti want's more from MS for every copy or MS say they wan't to pay less since there are so many preorders. Since there
is trouble with Amazon too, I guess it's Acti that wants to sell it's copies for a higher price to the "resellers" Amazon and MS.

 

All I know is by keeping silent they are letting our imaginations run wild and in the end it will NOT bring anything good for them, just a huge distrust of their customers. At first I was spamming twitter left and right, demanding an official statement or
some insight, but have given up now... Quite frankly, nobody gives a s***, they know we will buy this game anyway...

I just had a chat with the german support and they told me, that the game was removed by the developer/publisher and at the moment Microsoft doesn´t know if the download version will be available again or not.
