    Pre ordering games

    I preordered Black osp 3 on the Xbox Store on my Xbox one console and wanted to know if the beta acces comes with and when beta comes out i will get to play it or if i should get an email for a beta code? Because i didnt get a confirmation email either!
    Please help! ;(

    Trouble trying to change DNS to Google's.

    Black Ops 3 Beta was downloading very very slowly. So i tried changing my DNS settings to Google 8.8.8.8. Would enter it manually, but it would not save when i pressed save and reverted to the automatic DNS. what should I do?

    So what happened was I pre ordered the game before the beta came out so i could play the beta but in my emails there was no beta codes and I'm worried if they don't send me them so I can't play the beta if you are wondering I pre ordered the game from the
    shop called Game and didn't send me code thank you to any one who replys for an answer.

    Ask yourself... "who sends these codes".

    Then look into contacting them to query where yours is.

    Game should of sent you an email a few months back with a short digit code which you redeem on the black ops webpage, they'll email you the beta codes. If you can't find the email from game, visit this page
