Black ops 3 keeps crashing whenever I open it

Hello I recently bought black ops 3 from the Xbox store it has fully installed on my Xbox but whenever I try to open it, it just crashes please help

besides the ports, what else? because black ops 3 is the only game im having this problem on, and almost on a nightly basis, whenever i turn my xbox one on, and load up black ops for the first time in 24 hours i always get ive been kicked from the black
ops 3 servers because ive lost connection.

my NAT Type is open and all this *** *** keeps happening. if my ports werent open, my NAT type wouldnt say open, on top of that, im having issues getting into my router and i dont know why....

 

My Black Ops Game keeps saying "Connection Interrupted"

Whenever I play go Live on Black Ops, It keeps saying "Connection Interrupted" when my

connection is totally fine... How do I fix it?

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try launching Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

• First, try uninstalling Call of Duty by navigating to My Games & Apps from the Home screen.
  
• Select Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 under the Games tab.
• Press the Menu button on your controller and select Manage Game.
• Select Uninstall and after the game has uninstalled, power cycle your console by following the steps that I have provided above.
  
• Power on your console and navigate back to My Games & Apps.
• Under the Games tab, Select Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 under the Ready To Install section.
  
• Select Install and after the game has installed, try launching it.

You realize how long uninstalling and reinstalling the game takes?

 

Same problem here, it freezes on the Treyarch screen. I have tried a hard shut down, clearing the case and uninstalling the game. HELPPPPPP!!!!
