    So I bought Black ops 3 from gamestop and i have been trying to download it but the Xbox One S doesnt identify it and it stops at 13.5%,i dont know if i need wifi or need to update the xbox,i dont have wifi ive been offline gaming

    i’m trying to install black ops 3 but it keeps dropping and when it does install i’m stuck on version 100.0.0.12.0.0 and it’s not updating please help i’ve tried everything

    Do you have Black Ops 3 installed on an external drive?

    Hi preyforyou123!

    You need to do this through Black Ops 3 and not the Xbox Store. It wont show in the store if you have the season pass or not. You need to boot up Black Ops 3 and go into the store through that.

    Alternatively, if you go to Manage Game on Black Ops 3 - Click your Ready to Install - You should find it there to download too.

    Backwards compatibility.

    Ok, I have the games installed on Xbox 360 and they are backwards compatible. Black Ops 1 shows up on my Xbox One's ready to install same with Modern Warfare 3 but Black Ops 2 and alot of my other games DON'T show up. I don't understand why.
