Black Ops 3 Installation Problem

This has been driving me crazy since Thursday.

First, I downloaded the game and let it install ... got to 98%, would not finish no matter how long I let it sit (overnight). Did a hard reset, checked for updates ... everything the forums say to do when having a problem.

I uninstalled and tried again. 5 times.

I contacted support and got a refund, and bought a physical copy.

SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Will not install past 98%. It takes like 4 hours every time I try to vet this to work.

Short of smashing my Xbox One with a bat and buying a PS4, Ive done everything possible to get this to work.

Why are you releasing broken games?

Can't install Black Ops 3, stops at 4%

I bought Black Ops 3 yesterday (along with other games). I've installed all the other games perfectly fine with no problem, but when i put in Black Ops 3, it just stops at 4% and prompts "installation failed". I've tried offline mode, tried it with the
game update, it just fails.

Hi I have a problem with my xbox the problem is that I want to install the black ops 3 and it stays in a certain porcetange and then I get stopped installation

 

I'm starting to wonder if this is a problem because of the Xbox preview program.

 

Thats my thought too ... i deleted the preview app and it installed faster, but still only to 98%. And I let it sit there for 7 hours while I slept.

How does one delete the preview stuff?

 

Ive downloaded dozens of games and this is the only one ive ever had a problem with.

I even tried installing the retail copy offline ... still stuck at 98%, game won't start etc ...

Help me, Xbox! You're my only hope!

 

I got it to work. I had to sacrifice a small animal to Satan and pledge my eternal soul to Hell forever, but now it works.

 

Im having the same problem. i deleted destiny and now it wont install wtf

I'd recomend creating a new thread with your issue and posting there. Let us know firstly what the game is, how you purchased it (online or physical copy), and some more details about what problems you are encountering. We'll be able to advise you from there

ok people listen up...

You have to be online and wired to the internet for black ops 3 to correctly download and function if you are on wireless via dsl it will take 3 weeks to complete download
