BLACK OPS 3 INSTALLATION ISSUES.

hey there, i've just purchased black ops 3 on the XBOX 360 and have successfully downloaded compatibility 1 and 2 after a long while.

now, after the wait, i was really really excited to start BUT. . .

i received an error telling me; "COULD NOT FIND ZONE 'EA_MP_COMMON'

i've done everything i could and it has been TWO DAYS
SINCE I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT.

i'm stressing out alot right now and i feel my money has gone to waste, please, lend me and the rest who are facing this problem some assistance.

Installation stopped??????

I try and download black ops 3 and it's gets to 32% and says installation stopped, wondering if anyone can help?

 

Can't install Black Ops 3, stops at 4%

I bought Black Ops 3 yesterday (along with other games). I've installed all the other games perfectly fine with no problem, but when i put in Black Ops 3, it just stops at 4% and prompts "installation failed". I've tried offline mode, tried it with the
game update, it just fails.

Let's see what we can figure out here. This could be related to the compatibility packs that you installed or your storage device.

1. Go to settings>System>Storage and select your storage device.

2. Check your compatibility files and the full game file and see if they are marked as corrupt (indicated by a yellow '!').

2a. If they are, remove them, then clear the cache on the console (
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache ) then try to re-download.

2b. If they are not let's just clear the cache on the console three times, then restart the console and try again.

Mm, that's tough. Is there a possibility that your region on your account doesn't match your physical location? You can make sure of that at
http://account.microsoft.com

Here's more on region migrations:

If everything doesn't match up, this can cause issues. (Please remember not to publicly share too many personal pieces of info on the forums here.)

 

i changed region by accident hoping it would fix something on april, could it be possible i could get special permission to remigrate?

 

Hey, Fusion Affect! Unfortunately, the only thing you are able to do is wait until the next time you can migrate your account. Once you're able to again, change it to your physical region, and let us know if that helps you out!

 

this is really only affecting people in the middle east, because when i checked the other forums, they're usually in places like saudi arabia and the version they're on is xbox 360
