    Not receiving season pass and dlc with purchase

    I didn't recieve the giant map or the season pass with my purchase of black ops 3.

    im having the same issue, thought it might be a the problems I had before as a preview member.... but im sure the latest patches fixed DLC issues

    You might also realise that it'll show "Buy £34.99" on the season pass also even though we should have it for free with Digital deluxe Edition

    I'm having the same issue as well. Nuketown and the giant zombies map is not showing up, even though they are both installed. I also bought the digital deluxe edition.

    Digital Deluxe Edition is complete downloaded and i'm in the preview program!!

    Same issue here. I'm on the new dash, bought Dig Deluxe, played for couple hours last night and tried redox loading them around 1am. Didn't work. Viewing store In game shows purchased against season pass but not on nuketown or the giant. They have press
    A to purchase but pressing A does nothing.

    Help! I didn't shell out £80 to not be able to play on Der Reise, that was the main reason for getting this edition. Not happy.

    please fix it i spent £80 for the game because it had Nuk3town and the giant and season pass but those 3 things Dont work?????????? please fix soon

    same problem here. im on new dashboard experience. had it about a month. nuketown and gian map are installed but cant play. tried hard reset, reinstalling and tried having game installed on external hdd and xbox hdd. from what ive found online it seems to
    be an issue affecting new dashboard users. please please please fix this i paid good money for der riese. if anyone finds a fix please post

    I purchased the juggernog edition so I got the physical if I go into the store the season pass is checked and nuketown is checked the giant is not checked but when I go in to manage game they are all there I didn't work before the update because I had a
    update after the issue and yes I'm in the new experience. This is bull crap
