black ops 3 dlc gobblegums missing

hi..since downloading the last big bo3 update..on my account my gobblegums have been locked..my sons account is fine..we have the seeason pass..i can still go on all 3 maps but the gooblegums have been locked.

been on to activision advisor and he says this

We can only guarantee full accessibility under the primary account that the DLC was activated under.

now ive been playing with all use right up till this recent update..i carnt see why i would have to purchase 2 season passes for 1 console..has anyone else had this problem? was thinking should i just reinstall or is it treyarch/activision just trying
to get more money out of us?

does anyone know of a possible solution?

DLC gobblegums not working on 2nd account

Please note: Following the launch of DLC 3: Descent, GobbleGums released with DLC packs can no longer be shared and can only be used on the account used to purchase the DLC. Secondary accounts will not have access to these GobbleGums.

 

I bought the Season Pass For Black Ops 3 but can't access dlc gobblegums

So I bought the Season pass for black ops 3 on my account and even when I'm only on my account I can't access the dlc gobblegums. Someone help me. Thanks please and thank you

Unfortunately in a recent update Activision decided to no longer allow the sharing of GobbleGums with the Xbox game share. What does this mean? If your son's account is set as home account on your console and you purchased the season pass for his account
sharing it to yours you will no longer be able to use the new GobbleGums. If you hover over them it will say that you need to own the DLC for it.

I'll quote what Activision said: "New GobbleGums are considered DLC and can only be used on the account used to purchase the DLC. Secondary accounts will not have access to these GobbleGums."

This is terrible. I don't see why I should have to buy multiple season passes just for gobblegum!

 

Hello, I spoke with Xbox support days ago about this issue and I was told you had a team of engineers and other members working "around the clock to fix this issue". Was that a lie? If so I want to speak with someone immediately about being misinformed.
That is absolutely ridiculous to be told something that got my hope up of solving my issue when I was happy to rate BOTH CSR for your company great scores on helping me out and informing me, and letting me know it my problem would be resolved. Please contact
me as soon as possible.

 

so it does seem that activision have decided to lock gobblegums via 2nd accounts..so this now means i will lose my previous gobblegums that i had bought..strange tho that they still let me go onto the actuall maps..why didnt they just put a block on the
whole thing?..please xbox..have a word with them..seeing as you guys let us have 2nd accounts and this seems massively unfair..there will be lots of dissapointed people out there.

 

So in plain we sit there and work our *** off and get a lot of those nice gobblegums for the first couple dlc just to get them stripped from us i think Activision should give us money credit to our accounts cuz they can charge us money to buy there liquid
divisions and me like the most of everyone played for our liquid diviniums so we can earn the gobblegums we got from Dr Montys

 

Well, I was on the fence regarding purchasing Infinite Warfare. I think Activision just made my mind up with this silly nonsense. It kind of sucks, I have been a CoD player since CoD 1 on PC, with the United Offensive Expansion. So long Activision, hope
your money grabbing shames don't come back to bite you.
