Black ops 3 digital copy when starting up shuts down my Xbox one any help

Recently bought black ops 3 on Xbox when I downloaded it and tried to play it it just restarts my Xbox one. Any solutions?

I have a problem with my digital Black Ops I copy.

I am in need of assistance my fellow gamers.

My friends bought me a Black Ops 3 copy for the Xbox 360 and it came with a Black Ops I digital copy. I entered the code on my redeem code tab on the console and it opened the Purchase window and I pressed "Download" it opened the Active Downloads window
but nothing came up and I searched on my Games tab but the game was nowhere. I tried re-entering the code but it doesn't work (probably because it is "redeemed")

Any help would be appreciated

 

Help call of duty black ops update not showing up in queue

help! I'm trying to update my Xbox one disc copy of call of duty black ops 3 and it's not showing up in my queue and when I click on the icon for call of duty black ops 3 (witch does mot say it's updateing) it takes me to the store and when I click on it
from the side menu it takes me to the queue and I know it's updating because when I tried to take the disc out it said installation stopped help pls

 

Try uninstalling the game, and installing it again. If the issue doesn't fix. Please test your connection and if your storage space has enough space for the game to download the game and the files needed to run the game.

To fix your internet you could try;

Go to settings > network > advanced settings > alternate MAC settings > clear and this will reboot your xbox

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it probably 10 times. I have enough space i have another 200 gbs left. My internet works because i play battlefront every day on it. Another other ideas?
