Can Black ops 3 on Xbox one be played with Xbox 360 players in multiplayer if backwards compatible is out?

we were told black ops and skate 3 would be a part of dec Backwards compatibility and neither are on the list! What gives?

No. Only the games that are backwards compatible can be played that way.

Black Ops 3 is not backwards compatible on Xbox One, Black Op 3 is already available on Xbox One.

Black Ops 3 Xbox 360 game is not compatible with the Xbox One. To play Black ops 3 you will need the Xbox One version of the game.

Black ops 3 is out on xbox one since November

If you mean black ops 1 for back compatible then no date has been set yet but yes it will appear under games and apps ready to install list
