    Everytime I try to redeem my xbox one gold live prepaid card it says "Something Went Wrong"!!!!! Please Help!!!1

    I too, am receiving the same error. I don't know if it's a time unlock or what but I feel that if it was that it would have been mentioned.

    im getting same error, quite disappointed we have all been waiting for months for this and we are the ones who paid cash to be able to play. not the people who get to play free.

    It says the the purchasing, downloading, and redeeming are down for the moment. I know this because I have a Ethernet hooked up to my xbox one. It should be better by tomorrow. But I got a code from my friend so it might be the friend code.
