Black Ops 3 Beta Code Not Received

Hi all, i ordered the Deluxe Digital Download on my Xbox One, received the receipt via email but was expecting a beta code within 48 hours but haven't received anything - what's going on?

Has anybody else received theirs / not received it?

Who can i contact about this?

On the purchase page was this (just copied part of it): Once purchase is complete, download this game by selecting the “Manage” button on the product details page on your console. Pre-order for Beta Access as well as a personalization pack and two Advanced
Supply Drops in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Nowhere on the Xbox store does it say there is a limited amount of beta codes. It clearly says "pre-order for Beta Access.

You won't receive a code. This is from the Black Ops site:

I’ve pre-purchased my copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops III through the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Store, or Steam, but I didn't receive a Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta code. Where can I locate my code?

You don't need one! Code redemption is not necessary for pre-purchases through the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Store, or Steam. You are automatically validated to participate in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta.

 

Thanks so much Smwutches, i wish Xbox support could have told me that! I think it would be helpful if they made that clear on the purchase page.

Everywhere i look on the internet people are talking about receiving their redemption code in an email.

Thanks for the info guys. Was wondering the same thing myself since when you go to Manage on the game it just shows the release date.
