hello, whenever I start my spell on my xbox one s Call of Duty Black ops 2 and want to play online the following message appears: the selected player profile is not allowed to play via xbox live ?? although i still have 6 months xbox gold i ask for help

I dont see how people are comparing Black ops 2 to Halo, Black ops dosen't have aliens or anything. I'm indifferent about Black ops 2,

 

I'd recommend checking the Enforcement page (http://enforcement.xbox.com) from the account in question to make sure you aren't under suspension for something.

You may need to check in with the enforcement team to make sure you have not been suspended or check your Privacy and Online settings to make sure you are allowed to ply online.

visit Enforcement webpage (http://enforcement.xbox.com) from the account in question to make sure you aren't under suspension for something and take sure you are connected with the gold account

 

Other than enforcement, if your account is set up as a child's account you could be blocked from multiplayer. It would be up to the parent that set up the account to allow that access.

 

Even though your account might not be set up as a child account it's still possible you put some restrictions on yourself, please double check the restrictions in your settings
