Black ops 2 zombies dlc will not let me download.

Just tried the reset. I reset it up on my phone as well and it still is coming up as restricted, unfortunately I don’t have a pc currently to do the offline update.

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button on your controller, select Manage game and add-ons, select the game box in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This will show a list of items including the base game and any available add-ons or game features. Select the checkbox for each item you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.

Ok I managed to sign out and re download my account but it still hasn’t managed to fix it.

The message you are receiving are related to family/privacy settings. If nothing worked so far, I'm sorry but I also don't have more options to try.

I'll pass your question to other expert so maybe he/she can have a better idea on how to solve this issue.
