Black ops 2 xbox one issue

Is anyone else having a issue with not being able to invite friends to a game on black ops 2 for Xbox one? I can't invite anyone not for zombies or multi-player.

There is no Xbox One version of Black Ops 2....

 

yes, very frustrating! If I start up the game and play in my own multiplayer matches it *mostly* (not always) works. Sometimes it disconnects me from XBL or says the black ops 2 server is down. If I try to search a game with any friend in my lobby it will
either kick me out immediately or put us in a game and kick me out within the first minute of play and usually says the black ops servers are down, then when I try to join a new game it says I'm on probation. SO FRUSTRATING!!! I can however play matches in
parties sometimes with players who aren't on my friends list, kind of ridiculous but I just want to play my favorite Xbox game stress free... any help would be greatly appreciated. Called Xbox support before AND followed the Microsoft.com guides for multiplayer
isssues playing 360 games on xbox one and neither helped.
