Black ops 2 wont download on my new xbox when i license transfer

Okay I get up to like 70-80% and it stops and says cant download Call of duty Black ops 2.

Have you moved or changed regions since you first purchased it?

 

That's usually what happens when it's a region issue. With region locked content, your account location and physical location have to match, and the game has to be available in that region in order for you to be able to download the game. Some content can
only be re-downloading in the original region you purchased it from.

 

You can't really fix a region issue. If the game is not available in your new region, then you won't be able to download it.

If the game is available in your region, you can create a new account and purchase it from your new region. You can migrate your account region to your new region (if you haven't already), but there is no guarantee you will be able to redownload it.

It is available in the US.

If your account is still set for the UK, you won't be able to download it because your account region doesn't match your physical location. But like I said, there's some content that can't be redownloaded when you switch regions because of the region locking.

 

Well thats not fair but would it work for me cause i live the usa. Were talking about black ops 2

 

I can download pic packs and everything else without switching but not black ops or gta

 

I know which game we're talking about, but I'm not sure how strict the region lock is on that game.

 

I don't have a way to check.

 

The only way I could check it is to try it and I haven't bought that game or changed regions.

 

Can i changed regions back and forth? like if i change to the usa can i change back to the uk?
