    Black Ops 2 Trouble on Xbox One


    I recently bought Black Ops 2 (Xbox 360 Version) and Black Ops 2 Season Pass (Xbox 360 version) off of the Microsoft Store, the game itself seems to be running but when I try to download any of the dlc through the Black Ops 2 store it says that it had trouble downloading my profile with an error code of 8007045D, I talked to someone about it and we came to the conclusion that there were issues with the Xbox 360 servers and that Microsoft was working to fix it.. it’s been awhile and still, nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do?

    Nope, just BO2. I tested Mw2 ,Black ops, and a few other games and they all worked, Black ops 2 is just the only one giving me trouble.

    Thank you for the update. If that didn't work, you may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.
