Black Ops 2 Season Pass not working on Xbox One

So I just purchased the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Season Pass from the Xbox One store. I was confused when I bought it because it immediately downloaded the season pass but it did not download Nuketown Zombies or any of the other 4 map packs that it is supposed
to include. I later realized that you have to download them from the Black Ops 2 in game store for free once you've bought the season pass. However once I try to purchase them from the in game store I get a message saying

"Premium content is blocked for this account. To change your privacy & online settings go to settings, privacy."

Now just to make sure everyone understands I'm playing this game on Xbox One with backwards compatibility, the DLC is also backwards compatible. I've never owned a Xbox 360 but I really wanted to play the DLC Zombies maps. My account is a child account but
my settings are to where I can buy something without having to ask for permission. My ultimate question is what do I need to do or what settings do I or my parent need to change so I can download the DLC? If anyone has experienced this and knows how to deal
with it then PLEASE let me know. I bought the Season Pass on sale for $19.99 and I really want to try Die Rise, Mob and Buried. I would really appreciate it if anyone can please explain what I need to do.
