    Black Ops 2 season pass not working on Xbox 1.


    I purchased the Black Ops 2 season pass for the zombies mode, but none of the maps appeared as downloadable. When I go into the store, It shows all of the map packs and the season pass itself as purchased and that I can download them. However, when I select them, it loads for a bit and then produces a message that says "your credit card info couldn't be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft account or try again later." The thing is, I already paid for all of this. Is there anyone else who has had this problem? I bought it digitally so I can't do anything on the 360 with it right now.
