    Hello, when I bought call of duty black ops 2 recently I also purchased the season pass but when downloading it I tried to play the content in game but it never showed up. When I opened the in game store it says it was free for download but when I try to install the packs it says “premium content is blocked on this account”. My account is over 18 years old and I don’t have any restrictions imposed for games, purchases to my card, or anything that comes to mind when searching for the problem. If anyone can please lend a hand I would appreciate it greatly!

    Nuketown isn't working

    Hi, I tried to download the nuketown zombies map for black ops 2 with the season pass, but when the download gets to about 98% it glitches and go's back to 0% and then back to 100% after it has done this it says "cant download Nuketown zombies" does anyone
    know how I can fix this?

    put in black ops 2 go to multiplayer and on the multiplayer screen you will see STORE click on this and then on map packs if u have downloaded the season pass it should say free next to the map packs u want to download

    i purchased the season pass for black ops 2 after the first map pack came out but i cant get the maps

    To get the maps when you own the season pass you should load Black Ops 2 and download it through the game. You will be charged again if you try to download through the Marketplace from your Dashboard.

    If you are unable to see the option to download them for free whilst in game then go to your Download History
    live.xbox.com/.../History and you should see the Season Pass listed. Download it again by clicking ADD TO QUEUE and it will download the next time you turn your Xbox on. Once the download
    has completed, load Black Ops 2 again and see if the map pack is available for you to download.

    After you purchased the season pass, you still have to download each map pack when they are released. Put in Black ops 2 and go to downloads, each available map pack should be able to be downloaded from there without paying for them because of the season
    pass. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE MARKETPLACE or you will be charged for them.

    Did you download the Season Pass, then downloaded the maps from INSIDE the Black Ops II store?

    After downloading the Season Pass:

    1. Boot up Call of Duty: Black Ops II from your Xbox 360.
    2. Go into the Multiplayer part of the video game.
    3. When there, scroll to the section that says STORE.
    4. When you're in the STORE section, it should detect that you purchased the Season Pass and the maps should be free to download then. You needed to download them from there.
