Black ops 2 season pass doesn't give me anything

So I recently bought the Call of duty black ops 2 game and the season pass for all the dlc but when I go to play it I have nothing. I kean the game works fine but the dlc isnt accessible It shows that I've bought it and downloaded it aswell is there anything I can do to get it or get a refund for the dlc because I have nothing from the 50$ pack

So I just tried it and it didn't work I'm not sure what to do now but if possible are you guys able to just give my account to files so I can download and play them? Tonme that seems easier due to the fact that I have already bought them?

I'll recommend you refresh the profile by signing out of the console and signing back in.

To sign out;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

- Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Afterwards turn off the console qnd unplug it from the power source. Wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, then sign back into the console; You can sign in using the prompt or follow these instructions;

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

- Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Yes, they give you points to download the season pass, not the actual pass itself. You will need to navigate to the marketplace and download the season pass from the Black Ops 2 sections. Alternatively, you can download the season pass from the in-game menu
for Black Ops. Once you download the pass, you will have to download the individual content as well, except now it will show up as free.
