Black Ops 2 On Xbox One

I Have Recently Downloaded Black Ops 2 On My Xbox one and it seems every couple games I play I either get disconnected and brought to the home screen saying Call of duty Black Ops servers are down or I get disconnected from Xbox live on the game and I have
to sign in again, this problem only happens on this game

Note that I am on Xbox one

Why don't I have black ops 2 ?

I thought if you owned black ops 2 on xbox 360 and if it came to xbox one it would be in your ready to install,but it's not there.Also, when black ops came out on xbox one it was in my ready to install.So why don't I have black ops 2?

I'm sorry to see any connection issues with Black Ops 2! While we can't speak for the servers down error you are seeing, being disconnected from Xbox Live is something we can work with.

When you say you have to sign in again, is this solely in the Xbox 360 emulator? Or do you have to sign back in to your profile on your Xbox One as well? Lastly, have you been playing games on the Xbox 360 emulator that aren't in the Call of Duty franchise?
If so, which ones and how recently?

In addition to these, can you post back with how you're connected to the internet, please? Wired or wireless? We may want to focus on ensuring you have a solid connection there together after getting the above clarified for me. I look forward to working
