Black ops 2 on Xbox one x connection problem when downloading profile

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

Then try to enter the game and let me know if it worked. And let me know about the NAT test

Do you only have this issue of signing in with Black Ops 2 or is it across all of your Xbox One? If it's just within Black Ops 2, try redownloading your profile on the Xbox 360 side of things by pressing both the manu and view button and selecting 'Download
Profile'.

Wanting to play black ops 2 team death match, but when clicking onto x box live a message comes up saying "this profile is not allowed to play on x box live" seems to be no issue with black ops 4 or any other game. Any ideas?

This issue may be connected to your age (account BOD), because some Activision games are checking age.

I had this problem on black ops 2 and I had to download my xbox one profile. This basically downloaded all my settings to the 360 setting. I'm not sure how this would be done on Tecmo bowl but I hope it helps.
