Black ops 2 not working?

First of all, I only have a digital copy of Black ops 2 so therefore do not own a disc.

With that being said, I tried playing a few games and encountered a message I've never seen before.I get an error message that reads "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If there is no disc, make sure you are signed into
XBL. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to try it or buy it at the Xbox Store. (0x803f8001)"I haven't the slightest clue what could have caused this, it was working fine a few days ago. I am indeed signed into XBL and have no issues with
other digitally downloaded games on my account. Only Black ops 2. I did a quick Google search, and it seems as it some FarCry users had a similar issue a while back, but it seemed to be on the developers side as opposed to a user error. Some of the suggestions
were to hard reset the console and/or delete the game and reinstall. Did all of that and still having problems.Have any of you seen this sort of thing before? Any suggestions?Thanks in advance for any advice.

COD: Black Ops 2 profile not allowed to play online

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!
