    Black ops 2 not working on Xbox one


    I just bought black ops 2 for my Xbox one and when I insert the disc nothing happens, like no error code or ready to install. Idk if it’s the disc or my Xbox

    Why don't I have black ops 2 ?

    I thought if you owned black ops 2 on xbox 360 and if it came to xbox one it would be in your ready to install,but it's not there.Also, when black ops came out on xbox one it was in my ready to install.So why don't I have black ops 2?

    Hi!

    Make sure the console is correctly connected to the Live service. Once you insert the disc, you will be asked to download the game compatible with the console. If it does not appear, try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10
    secs and try again.

    same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

    Nope, just BO2. I tested Mw2 ,Black ops, and a few other games and they all worked, Black ops 2 is just the only one giving me trouble.
