Black ops 2 not loading on Xbox one

    Black ops 2 not loading on Xbox one


    I have both the digital and disc version of black ops 2 on the Xbox one and every time I try load it it goes to the first loading screen for a few seconds then shoots back to the home screen

    Why don't I have black ops 2 ?

    I thought if you owned black ops 2 on xbox 360 and if it came to xbox one it would be in your ready to install,but it's not there.Also, when black ops came out on xbox one it was in my ready to install.So why don't I have black ops 2?

    green screen

    will let me play matches on black ops 2 but then after intermission during loading the screen goes green. i thinks its first gen. white xbox

    Hey there Fire!

    To clarify, this happens both with the disc in your drive and when trying to use the digital version of the game? The first step I'm going to suggest you try is

    reinstalling     the game. If the crash still happens after reinstalling, can you try loading the game on a different Xbox Live account to see if the issue happens then?

    Keep us posted so we can work on more troubleshooting if you need it. Black ops 2 not loading on Xbox one :)

    i purchased the season pass for black ops 2 after the first map pack came out but i cant get the maps

    When you load up Black Ops 2 there should be an option to get the DLC from there. Downloading it from the marketplace will result in you being charged again. If you don't see an option to get the DLC when you load up Black Ops 2, find the season pass in
    the marketplace again, it should say "download again" instead of listing the price, once it finishes, try loading Black Ops 2 again and see if it fixes it.
