Black Ops 2 Not Connecting To Xbox Live

HI, recently Xbox made the game Call Of Duty backwards compatible and every time I try to click on Xbox live to play it sends me to a pop up telling me to download an account of pick me own. But the thing is im already signed and it doesn't give me and option
to click my account. So I clicked on the download profile. After about 7-10 seconds of it saying "connecting to network" I said there is not connection. But on my home screen on the Xbox one it says I am. Is something wrong with the game right now or is it
my Xbox. I can still play other games on Xbox live, just when I try on that game it says im not connected. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Can't find online matches on Xbox Live (Halo 4, Mass Effect 3 and Black Ops 2)

still the same I am connecting to xbox live on the dashboard but Mass Effect is still laggy and Black Ops 2 is not connecting

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!
