Black ops 2 not allowing me to download after purchase

I've been waiting for bo2 to go on sale and finally it's 14.99. I purchased the game and it initially downloaded like normal, played a good hour or so, then all the sudden the game shut off and a message said on the screen "do you own this game or app, please insert the disc or buy it on the store" well.... I had purchased it twice, and still there is only the "buy" option. I was chatting with Microsoft support and got a call from them, troubleshooting every possible way i can from my end, but to what end.... Xbox failed to assist me!! I just wanted the darn Lisence to the game i purchased!!!!! They said to call the game developer, but what can they do on the Xbox store? Doesn't make sense I should be able to play a nostalgic game with my son!!! I might as well buy a disc or better yet switch to PlayStation! Please help!!! Anyone else having store issues?, it's not even in my library of owned games to download on Xbox.

Hello again, try to follow the procedure below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

There's nothing I can do, it's a bug in the Xbox store...

Hello again, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the actual reason or accurately check why the game even being in your account can not be installed, the ideal would be to contact the Xbox service so that they can help you.

Did not work .. i also tried to download it on my kids Xbox and not that one either, still says buy in the store even though I have a completed order for the game

Did all steps above, I tried on 2 consoles a series x and an Xbox one. Still no playability, i was able to download the game using the Xbox app on my phone, my both consoles still say I don't own it.
