Black Ops 2/MW3 DLC not available/Can't play online

Hi, I recently acquired copies of Black Ops 2 and Modern Warfare 3 and have run into a serious issue. The game's matchmaking requires all of the free DLC to be installed in order to play, however the marketplace doesn't list any of the DLC. It doesn't let
me download in game either, I get an error message stating that there's no items available for download.

How do I fix this?

I take it black ops to are after more money?

yes the elite was only for the MW3 DLC maps and the MW3 clan ops ( which was a total joke BTW ) so blame MW3 not black ops 2

Same here, already tired of AW so figured I'd hop back on mw3 and tried to play all or nothing then infected but said I needed the dlc... But it said there's none to download... I figured no problem I'll just play TD since it doesn't require dlc... But I'm
getting the same message for that too... I just want to play the maps that came with the disc! Is that too much to ask? Surely not.

 

There is a problem with the Xbox Live Marketplace. They are currently trying to fix the problem. An issue presented itself by the disappearing of DLC and games from the marketplace. A lot of games are affected by this. Until it is fixed, you won't be able
to play those games online if they require downloaded file that you don't have, as they don't show up on the marketplace at the moment.

I am in no way, shape, or form a Microsoft employee. Though, I am an ambassador. You will just have to wait patiently for them to fix the issue and get the marketplace content reloaded into the system.
