    Ok so like in 2018 i bought the bo2 digital game right? So then after a couple months of playing my xbox was doing a glitch where when i turn it on the green screen that has the xbox logo would stay on for like 30 minutes and then u would be able to play
    xbox. So i factory reset it and went on, signed in and installed my games. But i noticed like a bunch of my digital games were gone (black ops 2). I have it still pinned on my favorite games but i cant play it, like i have to buy it again. Is there a fix to
    this or do i have to buy it again?

    same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

    I have had this problem with FIFA 13, NCAA 14, and Black Ops 2......it started happening after I downloaded the Black Ops 2 update this morning.

    It might be because the Black Ops 2 is Licensed for the console you downloaded it on.

    i purchased the season pass for black ops 2 after the first map pack came out but i cant get the maps

    When you load up Black Ops 2 there should be an option to get the DLC from there. Downloading it from the marketplace will result in you being charged again. If you don't see an option to get the DLC when you load up Black Ops 2, find the season pass in
    the marketplace again, it should say "download again" instead of listing the price, once it finishes, try loading Black Ops 2 again and see if it fixes it.
