Black Ops 2 DLC's not showing I have them when I do!

So my old account had bought the DLC's it was banned though and I can't get in, is there anyway to access the DLC's if they I bought them on an account that is banned and can't get into?

Unfortunately, if it was a permanent ban on the account, you can no longer access the games and DLCs from that account.

A permanent ban blocks your profile from accessing the Xbox network from any Xbox console or device.

I understand you need help on your DLCs.

Just a heads up that when the system is not detecting the DLC's that you owned them, they may not have been purchased from that account.

To validate your purchases from those DLCs, make sure to check your order history if these are showing up on there as being purchased before, you can check that here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Just a heads up that if you cannot see them there and you were able to play them before, there is a possibility that you had purchased this from other accounts and was just being set up as Home console for sharing them.

Check other accounts as well to validate those DLCs.

I am having the same problem here as well. I looked in my order history and it shows i purchased a season pass for 49.99 but it doesnt say what season pass it is. I know its to black ops 2. And it shows that i bought microsoft points for the dlc of the
original black ops. It shows order numbers but that is pretty much it. Now what do i do????

Thank you for your help .. I have one other question if you can help me out .. when i go into xbox live on black ops 2 its says about Black ops 2 and call of duty ghosts and if you are the prestige master to jump online and enjoy the dlc experiences but
when i go online black ops 2 i don't have any new maps.
