Black Ops 2 DLC not showing as purchased on Xbox One

So I am trying to play Black Ops 2 Zombies, but when I try to play on maps from the Uprising, Vengeance, or Apocalypse DLC packs it wont let me. They aren't showing up in my "ready to install" even though I had them on Xbox 360. It is really irritating because
the revolution DLC still shows up but all the others don't. I chatted with someone from xbox support already and they were no help and said they couldn't find my licences for the packs. I told them to check my achievements to see that i have the ones for the
Easter egg challenges on the maps from the packs i am missing, and they said they don't have access to my achievements. I'd really like to be able to play these maps again because they are some of my favorite in the entire franchise, but i refuse to go back
and buy $45 worth of DLC for a game that is 4 years old and hardly anybody plays.

Now that Black ops 2 is backwards compatible i downloaded and only 1 of my dlc map packs is showing up even though i purchased all of them on black ops 2 on xbox 360??

No, DLC compatibility is not part of the backward compatibility program for Call of Duty 2. DLC content previously purchased on Xbox 360 is not available to play on Xbox One.

Do you own those DLC's or the Season Pass on the account you're posting from? You can try downloading the content through the in-game menu on Black Ops II, but if that does not show you own the content or you can't locate the content on you purchase history
through Microsoft Commerce, the account you're posting from may not own the content.

Let us know if you can see the purchases on your account or if you're able to install everything in-game!

I tried looking at the in-game store, and none of the DLC packs show as purchased even though i can currently play all of the Revolution content and of course Nuketown 2025. I also looked at the purchase history from Microsoft Commerce as you suggested and
it didnt show up there either. It is possible that the content was purchased on another account that i still have access to but is not the account that i play on. I don't know what to do in this situation, please help.

 

If the content was purchased on another account, that account will need to be signed in to install and play the DLC or you will need to purchase the DLC on your main account. We cannot transfer ownership of licenses from one account to the other.

I ran into this problem it's easy fix just use the ingame menu not the Xbox Store front

It will say if you own it or not (including season pass)
