Black Ops 2 DLC Cloud Problem

So I recently installed Balck Ops 2 onto my Xbox One for backwards compatibility. But before I did that my cloud on the 360 was offline, so none of my data or DLC for it transferred, and I had the season pass. So now after reactivating the cloud, selecting
the save on the game to the cloud and trying to restart and reinstall the game, none of my data's transferring. Can someone please help me fix this, the only reason I wanted to play it in the first place was the DLC zombie maps and all my effort on the campaign,
but it's not there.

I use paypal, and I these are the latest things Ive bought over xbox live market place.

Bioshock infinite

Bioshock infinite clash in the clouds dlc

Battlefield 3 premium

As you see, all of this adds up to a way more amount of money than the peice of black ops 2. Bioshock infinite and Bioshock infinite clash in the clouds dlc were bought after failing to download black ops 2.

hi everyone!!! i still have this problem with black ops dlc i have a UK account now but i live in Georgia so i made a Russian account and tried to download but it showed the same error an my black ops version is German de-usk i cant download with german
account either but will i still have the same problem if i buy black ops UK version? will the Treyarch make the same region lock on black ops 2 dlc? can i fix this problem with what dic version i have right now?

 

In order to get your saves you'll need to connect your 360 to the net and move your saves to the Cloud. You'll then be able to load the save for the game.

As for the content. If the DLC was purchased on your account then highlight the game on the Xbox One dashboard and press the Start button on the controller. From there choose Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to access any content that is available.
