Black Ops 2 backwards compatibility issue

Hi,

I just bought black ops 2 for 360, as it is supposed to be able to run on my xbox one. Upon inserting the disc, the game does not even begin to install. The weird thing is that it shows up in the apps section under my games and apps, but has no name or picture
or anything and just "stops installing" after a few seconds. I haven't found anyone with the same issue on here so I have no idea what to do to troubleshoot this problem. The disc seems to be scratch free and the xbox one sounds like it tries to read the disc
for a few seconds, then goes quiet. Any help would be much appreciated!

All available DLC for Black Ops 2 should work just fine on your Xbox One using backward compatibility

I'm sorry to see any issues with installing a game! It sounds like the disc reader might be failing, as the first symptom is generally Xbox 360 discs not reading properly.

Do you have any other Xbox 360 games on disc that you can test out? If not, do you have any regular DVDs that you can try, since they are the same disc type? If those work just fine, I would suggest trying a different Black Ops II disc to see if that might
be the issue.
