Black Ops 2 Backwards comp won't install? Nothing wrong with disk?

So, uh... I put the disk in my Xbox One to download Black Ops 2 and nothing seems to come up? I even went into the store and wen't to the actual game, I even pressed "download" and nothing happened. The disk is clean, no scratches, it works on Xbox 360.
I hard reset my Xbox One eight times, reset my modem. NOTHING is working, I've been at this for almost two hours now.

Call of Duty 2 won't launch

bought black Ops 2 from store. Downloaded and won't launch. Freezes on screen and kicks out to main screen. Tried power down, clearing cache on saved games etc... Any suggestions?

Bought the backwards comp for Xbox one

 

XB1S won't read 360 discs

My xbox one s won't read my copy of black ops 2 for 360. It just says this game is not playable here, tells me where to find a list of backwards compatible games and the error code (0x8082000c).

There is nothing wrong with the disc as it works on my roommates 360 AND xbox one.

Some help would be appreciated.

i have same problem. game works in son xbox one are u on perview. program. i am my son is not

 

Same problem for me. Disc reads in my 360 but the XB1 refuses to read it for some reason...

 

My xbox one won't read the disc either and I'm also in the preview program, it's likely the issue i'm guessing.
