max prestige and in game for 1min and 13 seconds and MAX DEFENSE Only seemed to be killed for sure by tomahawk or knife.

Also, reported him to Activision, since microsoft doesn't seem to care...

I doubt anyone cares about this game anymore.The developer stopped updating the game long time ago.The same thing happened with Call of Duty 4, 5, etc.

Never encountered any cheaters in mw3 that I know of(unless they are good at hiding the fact that they are cheating). But other cod games are infested with the scum.

Cod4 is bad, WAW is unplayable due to modders.

MW2 is starting to get bad

Black ops is ok for the moment but when black ops 2 comes out black ops1 will end up infested.

The op is correct. Modders and cheaters are scum and ruin the game for everyone else. It's only a matter of time before they ruin mw3 and black ops.

The Truth is an absolute defense to accusations of liable or slander. The burden is on you and MS to prove it is possible to complete the Forza5 course in 3 seconds. It is impossible to "shame" a cheater. It is not liable or slander, therefore not shaming,
if the assertion is true. Therefore it is incumbent on you to prove the course can be run in 3 seconds, or retract your citation of MS TOS violation.

It is impossible to shame a cheater because by cheating he has shamed himself.

It is impossible to run the Forza5 Long Beach course in 13 seconds. Remove the cheater's name from the top of the leaderBoard or prove that he could have completed that course in 13 seconds.
