Black Ops 1 promotional code

I recently ran into a problem. I was under the impression that if you bought the pre order version of Black Ops 3 you got a code for a Black Ops 1 download. The problem I am running into is that I have no Black Ops 1 code and upon contacting Microsoft support
there is no code on my profile but the purchase of the pre order edition of Black Ops 3 is. How do I go about getting that code since it was supposed to be part of my bundle. I have many friends who bought this same version and got the code but I didn't.

Support will double check, but the preorder included a code for Nuketown which was on the original Black Ops, but I don't believe it actually came with code for Black Ops since it was not backwards compatible until several months after Black Ops 3 was released.
